Cinelli Tribars

This manufacturer makes two main tribars, a clip on model and an integrated model.

Firstly there are the Cinelli Sub 8 clip on bars which have short triathlon extensions in a J shape, adjustable armrests, and pads that can be changed. These Cinelli tribars fit traditional aluminium bars with a 23.8 mm diameter area available, and are themselves made from aluminium.

Secondly for serious competition in all sorts of cycling disciplines, particularly time trials, there is the Cinelli BAT tribar, which is available with or without leave is. This is a carbon fibre monocoque tribar which is extremely light aerodynamic and stiff, with adjustable armrests and extensions that can be varied in length for the best hand position. The Cinelli BAT will fit 26 mm diameter stem and with an adapter will extend to 31.8 mm. Cable routing is an external and you can also buy this bar with a set of levers in some cycle shops.
