Ritchey Tribars

For TT and triathlons Ritchey make the specifically designed WCS carbon Hammerhead base bar and a wide range of extensions to go with it. This is a flat bar designed for its aerodynamic properties and is approximately 38 cm wide and is also made with an increased diameter of 31.8 mm to help stiffness.

Essentially this Ritchey tribar is suited to a high level competition use, for which you can buy both straight and S-bend extensions in carbon, having alloy reinforced ends and drilled already for cable use.

These are at an entry-level and use an aluminium, seamless and double butted base bar, which is grooved to hide cables. They can then take the Ritchey prologue clip on tribars to complete a triathlon or TT setup.

The time trial bars available for clip on have 31.8 mm diameter clamps, with the ability to shim down to 25.8 mm bars, and have a good range of adjustment for the armrests and extensions.
